We have heard about Moses as a baby, when God told him to go back to Egypt, and about how he led the people to freedom, but what happened next.

This week we are going to hear the story of Moses in the desert and how God gave Moses rules for everyone to follow.

Craft Time

Today we are making a train book of the 10 commandments.

Items needed:

• Coloured card

• Tape

• Printout of PDF file click here

What to do:

1. Cut 10 pieces of coloured card to A6 size

2. Trim and paste story pages onto card, one per page

3. Colour & cut out train pictures

4. Paste train pictures onto back of pieces of card in reverse order, i.e; Carriage no.10 goes on back of title page of story, Carriage no.9 to page 1, no.8 to page 2 etc

5. With cards placed in order and story side up tape together every other join

6. Flip over and tape remaining joins.

7. Fold up book as shown with cover page at outside front.
